Can it do for 40 gsm paper?
It can do in slow speed, but there is a high risk of paper jam. Hence, not recommended.
Can it do criss cross perforation in two pass?
Yes, in slow speed to avoid paper jam.
What is the life of the blade?
Blade life is more than 1 Lakh sheet. For perforating machines blade must be changed for every 10,000 sheets. It might only get damaged due to improper running, allowing double sheet, and suffering many paper jams.
Is stabilizer required for running the machine?
Yes stabilizer or UPS is mandatory to run the machine (to avail 6 month warranty).
Is it possible to do in both directions in a single pass?
No, not possible. Only one direction is possible in a single pass and the maximum width is 330mm.
