Job Information

Autoprint requires Call Center Executive to Answer incoming calls from customers, answer inquiries related to spares/service, register service requests, depute the service calls to regional engineers and ensure the customer satisfaction.

Qualification: Any Degree/Diploma
Experience: NA
Age: 19 +
Language Skill : Tamil,English and Hindi (Must)
Computer Knowledge : Knowledge in MS Word, Excel

Job Description
:Handle customer inquiries (telephonically and by email)
:Register their request and arrange the solutions
:Track engineers to ensure the On-Time Attention of service calls
:To provide the spares pricing/delivery details to customers
:Follow up customer calls where necessary
:Document all call information according to SOP (standard operating procedures)
:Produce MIS to Head Service

Technical Qualification Experience in call center/Printing technologist – Preferred
